3. How Our Process Works

- We present a cash offer based on the property's condition, location, and market factors.
- If you accept, we enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement or Assignment Agreement.
- We market the contract to our network of pre-qualified cash buyers to secure the funding needed for closing.
- We work with a local title company or closing attorney to complete the transaction.
4. Assignment of Contract
In many cases, Relief Realty enters into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the seller, then assigns that contract to a third-party cash buyer for an assignment fee. This is a standard real estate wholesaling practice. The seller receives the agreed-upon purchase price at closing. The assignment fee is paid by the end buyer, not deducted from the seller's proceeds.

Relief Realty enters into assignable purchase contracts on properties as-is. We do not require repairs, cleaning, or improvements. However, we rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Intentional misrepresentation of material facts about the property may void any agreement.

Relief Realty's liability to you is limited to the amount of any earnest money deposit actually paid in connection with a specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any transaction that does not close.
